Working principle of resistance molding machine

The ribbon resistance moves forward to the shear position under the driving force of the gear teeth of the transmission mechanism, and the excess pins at both ends of the resistance are cut off by the hob. The shear excess tape is collected by the coil residual tape mechanism, and the shear resistance continues to move forward to the forming station under the driving force of the gear teeth of the transmission mechanism. The pins at both ends of the resistance are bent under the action of the forming mechanism, and the bent resistance triggers the photoelectric sensor.
